Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

To complete your return:

  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
  3. Contact your bank (additional processing time may be required).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@irishsv.com.

Gifts

For items marked as gifts at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to: info@irishsv.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
